Description: This site is located in the City of Stockton, north of downtown. The project will consist of 5 new buildings on an existing lumber yard and retail space, which will include classroom space and a future gymnasium. The facility will provide a permanent for a charter elementary, middle and high school operated by Aspire Public Schools. The site will have a capacity of 1017 students at full enrollment (The facility will serve students from Aspire’s Port City Academy, Langston Hughes Academy and students from the neighboring community.) The project will consist of 71,162 sq. ft. of academic space, which includes four new modular buildings and one Multi-Purpose\ Gymnasium building. The Aspire “Lighthouse” Campus will include 44 classrooms and provide specialty rooms for Science, Art and Music Center, Library, Lunch Serving area and Administrative offices. The site will also include “Green Space” for Football and Soccer Fields and provide Basketball courts and a Gymnasium.
