Description:

The site was a former private school being leased by PCSD for a minimum of ten years from the church owners.  This facility will be an incubator site for South Los Angeles.  The facility will be available for all PCSD school partners operating in South Los Angeles to lease.  The first tenant will be a middle school operated by the Inner City Education Foundation.

Tenant improvement will be focused on renovating the existing school facility by upgrading existing areas, providing additional security, as well as  cosmetic improvements throughout. The scope of work includes new restrooms, new paint, installation of new efficient lights, new window coverings, a new fire/life/safety system, and new technology infrastructure.
