PHASE 1: Tenant Improvements were completed on a former two-story medical office building (Type 1) that totals 37,222 SF. Occupancy is one 300-seat middle school and one 400-seat high school. The building contains 31 classrooms, science and chemistry lab classrooms, administrative space, parent conference rooms, and a faculty lounge.

PHASE 2: New Construction was completed for a two-story Type 1/Type 5 building (30,064 SF). School opened in September ’08 for 300 middle school students with shared space for all three schools. The building includes a total of 12 classrooms, a nurse’s station, a library, a faculty lounge, and a multi-purpose room. Shared by all three schools, the multi-purpose room is designed to convert into a performance space complete with state-of-the-art lighting, a dance studio, and music room. The building also contains an outdoor rooftop gym and has a 180-degree view of the San Gabriel Mountains.
