Description: This project is utilizing a Proposition 55 award to construct a new 56,980 square foot facility in Boyle Heights. The 3-story building includes parking and the boxing gym on the first floor, classrooms on the second and third floors, and a rooftop play area and lunch shelter to make the most of the tight urban site. Construction began in March 2008 and was completed September 2009. Pacific acted as project manager with project funds provided through a grant from the De La Hoya Foundation and Green Dot's Prop 55 awards.
