Description: This project is utilizing a Proposition 55 award to construct a new 56,980 square foot facility in Boyle Heights. The 3-story building includes parking and the boxing gym on the first floor, classrooms on the second and third floors, and a rooftop play area and lunch shelter to make the most of the tight urban site. Construction began in March 2008 and was completed September 2009.
