Description: The 4.3 acre site will provide segregated open space and parking for each school. The proposed development includes two Alliance schools – a 560-seat high school and a 450-seat middle school. Phase II will include the development of a new 18 classroom building, parking, and green space. Phase II construction is scheduled to commence in December 2010, for a Fall 2011 delivery. As of Fall 2010, the property will be occupied only by Alliance, ultimately with a 560-seat high school and 450-seat middle school for a total stabilized enrollment of 1,010 students. PCSD is seeking entitlements for a total of 1520 students, to allow for an additional school building (in Phase III) for as many as 510 additional students, middle or high school with Alliance as the operator.
