Description: Phase 1 is an adaptive reuse of a former storage warehouse. The building is 14,000 square feet sitting on 74,435 square feet of land. Phase 1 includes 24 classrooms, plus a science lab, administrative offices, an outdoor play court, lunch area, and on-site student drop-off/pick-up area. Phase 2 is a new 12,600 square foot 12 classroom building adjacent to the existing building. This is the first satellite school in GD’s transformation plan of Locke High School. Green Dot provided 100% of the financing for this project and has entered into a 15 year lease agreement with the owner, Watts Labor Community Action Committee. PCSD served as the Project Manager for the site development.
