This development is a unique project with Green Dot Public Schools and Pacific Charter School Development. Green Dot is leasing 74,435 square feet of land with an existing warehouse. Pacific is working as the project developer on behalf of Green Dot.

The project is being completed in 2 phases. Phase I converted the exiting warehouse into 16 classrooms and administration offices. This opened in Fall 2007. Phase II will add a new 12,600 square foot building and complete the outdoor lunch and play area. Phase II is scheduled to open in Fall 2008.

The campus is known as the Green Dot Animo Watts I. The completed project will house 560 students with 26 classrooms including a chemistry lab, multiple computers labs, outdoor play court and lunch area. This project is the first part of Green Dot Public School’s transformation plan for Locke High School.
