PCSD is led by a dedicated team of professionals with a broad range of experience in business, finance, law, architecture, urban planning, public affairs, real estate development, and education.

| Eli Kennedy - President and CEO Eli is an expert in urban school district strategic redesign, including efficient human resource operations, performance-based pay and performance accountability. Prior to PCSD, he was an Associate Director at The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, managing the foundation’s investments in school districts, and prior to Broad, was the Western regional director for Platform Learning, a New York-based tutoring company. His previous experience also includes working as a senior analyst at UC Berkeley, as a manager of strategic planning for DNET in San Francisco and as an analyst and senior consultant for Accenture in Atlanta. Kennedy has a B.S. in business administration and finance from Howard University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |

| Scott Thomas — CFO Scott provides financial planning and analysis for all PCSD efforts. A former high school teacher in New York City and East L.A., he holds a B.S. in Biology and Mathematics from Georgetown University, an M.S. in cellular biology from New York University, and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. |

| Layne Pinkernell — Controller Layne brings 15 years of public accounting experience to his role as PCSD’s Controller. During his time at Price Waterhouse Coopers he focused primarily on large non-profits organization and private foundations. Layne received a B.A. in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona. |

| Ramiro Viramontes — Vice President of Construction Services Ramiro brings more than 20 years of corporate experience in construction management, facility operations and property management. He has an A.A. in Architecture from Pasadena City College and holds the CFM designation from the International Facilities Management Association. |

| John Sun—Vice President of Facilities Solutions John recently joined PCSD as the Vice President of Facilities Solutions. John brings many years of charter school development experience and will expand PCSD?s service offerings to include strategic planning, master planning, as well public-private partnerships. Previously, John was responsible for creating a charter school facilities program within the Los Angeles United School District and leveraging $450 million in Measure Q local bond funds to create permanent facility solutions for charters schools. Prior to LAUSD, John spent five years with Green Dot Public Schools as Vice President of New School Development, where he oversaw Green Dot?s growth in transformation projects and independent middle and high schools within Los Angeles. As Director of Real Estate Development for Green Dot, he developed eight permanent charter school campuses in Los Angeles and managed a portfolio of Proposition 39 and temporary private facilities to accommodate new schools and the expansion of existing schools. His former experience includes work in community redevelopment and business consulting.John holds a master of public policy degree from the University of Southern California and a bachelor of arts from the University of California at Berkeley. |

| Patrick Anton C. Ontiveros Patrick also serves as PCSD’s general counsel. A native Angeleno, Patrick earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in California and New York. |

| Megan Hadden Megan brings construction, finance, and nonprofit experience to the PCSD team, having held project and construction management positions for several Habitat for Humanity affiliates along the Gulf Coast to aid in the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State Northridge. |

| Kate Hirsh Kate brings design, construction and strategy experience to the PCSD team. She is devoted to providing long-term facilities options to charter schools in the greater Los Angeles area. Prior to PCSD Kate worked as a Program Manager for charter school facilities at the Los Angeles Unified School District and as Project Manager for an architecture firm that specialized in multi-family & custom homes. Kate has an MBA from UCLA- Anderson and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. |
