Creating Schools for Urban Children

Pacific is a non-profit real estate development organization providing low-cost facilities to high-quality charter schools.

• The focus of our efforts is underserved urban students
• We find, finance, and build schools in neighborhoods with chronically overcrowded and underperforming schools
• Our projects allow constituent charter schools to concentrate their time, money and efforts on classroom instruction rather than classroom construction
• To date we have created 33 schools on 23 campuses serving 12,288 students. We expect to serve over 23,000 students throughout California by 2011
